Will is very professional and very helpful. We rented out some candelabras for our centerpieces and we had a vision which he has helped us refine, and it worked out a lot better than our original plan. He is very flexible and very understanding. I was able to do a test run with my florist before hand. Everything was exactly as I wanted it to be and everything was done on time the day of the wedding. I would definitely recommend him!

Our wedding took place at Casa Loma on July 24th, and we rented a lot of things from the Ultimate Wedding Project. Will is very friendly and professional. The quality of the service is great. I would definitely recommend to others.

Working with Will from the Ultimate Wedding Project was one of the easiest events I decorated. Will’s price was lower in cost as compared to others for similar items, and when the centerpieces chosen arrived they were in pristine condition. So often one rents items for an event and they are embarrassing to place on the table because they are either extremely worn out or not clean looking. Not at Ultimate Wedding Project. Good prices, good product and a wonderful person to coordinate your special event with. I highly recommend this company for weddings or other special events.

I used the Ultimate Wedding Project to rent , silver easels for blow up pictures, decorative planters + flower balls and also to buy huge martini glasses for our reception centerpieces. The service was impeccable. I know my contact Will must have been sick of hearing from me, I had a million questions in terms of price, quality and logistics and he was always so responsive, willing to work around my schedule, and extremely flexible considering I changed my order several times. Really professional, easy to work with, and they have a huge selection in their store/warehouse, so if you are planning your wedding they probably have all the rental items you’ll need. In terms of both product rentals and martini glass centerpieces they are the best price in town and I researched upwards of ten other places in the GTA.

They have so many unique things to rent in their showroom, that I ended up also renting gold easel (many compliments!!) and gold bird cage stand for the cards.
